This 60-minute circuit-style class builds real-world strength and improves conditioning through rotating stations. You’ll move through a mix of indoor and outdoor work—barbell deadlifts, battle ropes, TRX rows, kettlebell swings, Air Bike intervals, and more.

Jesus-Centered Strength & Mobility for Women
This Christ-focused small group class blends strength training, mobility work, and core stability — all rooted in faith. We close each session with prayer and thank the Lord for what our bodies can do.
Each session includes:
Circuit-style weight training
Core-focused movements that are safe and effective
Stretching and mobility to support recovery and flexibility

A full-body reset designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and build true core stability.
This class combines intentional mobility training, band work, and focused core activation to support your body between strength days — or stand on its own as a smart, restorative session. Expect slow strength, controlled movement, deep core work, and techniques that help you move well and prevent injury.
