    Strength & Cond. (Co-Ed)

    This 60-minute circuit-style class builds real-world strength and improves conditioning through rotating stations. You’ll move through a mix of indoor and outdoor work—barbell deadlifts, battle ropes, TRX rows, kettlebell swings, Air Bike intervals, and more.

    • Building total-body strength and confidence

    • Improving endurance and muscle tone

    This Christ-focused small group class blends strength training, mobility work, and core stability — all rooted in faith. We close each session with prayer and thank the Lord for what our bodies can do.

    Stretching and mobility to support recovery and flexibility

Expect slow strength, controlled movement, deep core work, and techniques that help you move well and prevent injury.
